These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions, quotations, and business dealings between GM Bag Industries (“we”, “our”, or “the company”) and its clients (“you”, “your”, or “customer”). By engaging in business with us, you agree to the following terms:
All prices are quoted in USD (or BDT for local clients) and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Prices are based on quantity, material, printing, packaging, and delivery terms.
Final pricing is confirmed upon approval of the order and review of the technical specifications.
Orders must be confirmed in writing via email or signed purchase order (PO).
No production will begin until a formal PO and advance payment are received.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies based on product type.
Standard payment terms: 50% advance, 50% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment can be made via bank transfer (TT), LC, or other mutually accepted methods.
All bank charges are to be borne by the buyer.
Lead time is based on product type and order quantity, typically 30–45 working days from confirmation.
Delays caused by customer artwork approval or payment may affect delivery schedule.
Delivery terms follow FOB, CFR, or CIF as agreed.
GM Bag Industries is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping companies, or force majeure events.
All shipments are quality-checked before dispatch.
Claims for defective products must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving goods.
No returns are accepted without prior approval.
Liability is limited to product replacement or partial refund, subject to verification.
All designs, logos, and artwork provided by the client remain their property.
GM Bag Industries will not reproduce or share client-specific designs without permission.
All technical and business information shared during the transaction is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
GM Bag Industries complies with all relevant labor laws, environmental regulations, and international ethical standards.
We uphold transparency, safety, and social responsibility in all aspects of business.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Dhaka courts.
