Our state-of-the-art bag manufacturing facility is strategically located in Achmita, Katiadi, Kishoreganj-2330, beside the Dhaka-Kishoreganj Highway, ensuring seamless connectivity for logistics and distribution. Spanning across 284 decimals of land, our factory boasts a total built-up area of 1,23,500 square feet, with 78,500 square feet of vacant space for future expansion. Established in 2022, our factory operates 12 high-efficiency production lines, enabling an impressive annual production capacity of 2.4 million pieces. Currently, we produce 220,000 pieces per month, catering to a diverse clientele, including Bormam, Safari, Bangladesh Police, and Tespack. Our modern infrastructure comprises five key buildings: Building 01, a 14,400 sft steel-structured sewing unit housing all 12 production lines; Building 02, an additional 14,400 sft steel-structured storage facility; Building 03, a 6,400 sft two-storied RCC structure that accommodates medical services, a canteen, a prayer room, a daycare, and washrooms; Building 04, an 8,000 sft two-storied RCC administrative building with office spaces and a dedicated meeting room; and Building 05, a 900 sft generator and substation facility ensuring uninterrupted operations. With an inventory storage capacity of 14,400 sft and a skilled workforce of approximately 250 people, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products through cutting-edge technology and efficient production processes.
